2020 ADL Training Camp Information

The time has almost come for the Charlottetown Islanders to hit the ice once again.

The 2020 Training Camp, sponsored by ADL, begins Sunday August 30th at the Bell Aliant Centre at UPEI. 31 players will report to camp (view the roster HERE) looking to earn the chance to make up the roster that will push towards the 2021 President’s Cup.

As we strive to maintain the health and safety of our players, fans, and the community as a whole, there will be no attendance at any on-ice sessions for the duration of training camp. To keep fans updated, Aidan Northcott will be bringing regular updates from camp with comments from the players and coaches taking part.

Due to scheduling conflicts, our exhibition games located at the Bell Aliant Centre have changed. The exhibition schedule now looks as follows:

Wednesday, September 2nd at Moncton Wildcats – 2:00pm – Avenir Centre
Thursday, September 3rd at Moncton Wildcats – 7:00pm – Avenir Centre
Friday, September 11th at Acadie-Bathurst Titan – 7:00pm – KC Irving Regional Centre
Sunday, September 20th at Acadie-Bathurst Titan – 3:00pm – KC Irving Regional Centre
Saturday, September 26th at Halifax Mooseheads – 4:00pm – RBC Centre (Dartmouth, NS)

All games will still be available via YouTube live streaming. Stay tuned as more information becomes available where you can find those streams.

The first session of the Charlottetown Islanders 2020 ADL Training Camp takes place at 7:00pm at the Bell Aliant Centre with on-ice fitness testing. On behalf of the players and staff, we’d like to thank you for your cooperation as we bring hockey back to Prince Edward Island, safely.
