Below is a number of FAQ (as of October 6, 2021) that will bring you up to date before you arrive at the Eastlink Centre:

Can I attend a game if I’m not a Season Ticket or 15-Game Pack Holder?

Yes! Everybody who is double vaccinated and has proof of vaccination can attend a game. Children under 12 are also able to attend a game when accompanied by an adult who is double vaccinated.

Single-game tickets are on sale at the Eastlink Centre Box Office, by phone at 902.629.6625, or online.

What do I need for proof of vaccination?

A copy of your vaccination certificate that is either printed or able to be shown from a mobile device will be accepted at the entrance gates. Visit the PEI Vax Pass website to acquire your vaccination record.

Are there certain entrances I have to use when I enter the building?

There are no mandatory entrances but we do recommend that you use the entrance zone that is stated on your ticket.

Is there a specific time I need to arrive?

There is no specific time that fans need to arrive at. Gates at the Eastlink Centre open 1 hour prior to game time.

Do I need to show my proof of vaccination at every game?

Yes, we do require that you show your proof of vaccination at every game.

Are masks mandatory to attend the games?

As per CPHO requirements, masks are currently mandatory for all indoor gatherings on Prince Edward Island. Masks will be required upon entry and while you are sitting in your seat. Masks may be removed when eating and drinking.

Will the bars, canteens, and 50/50 kiosks be opened?

All canteens and bars will be opened for the games this season. A mobile concessions option will also be available on the CHL Islanders App. You can download the app in the App Store or Google Play Store and select “Charlottetown Islanders” as your favourite team.

Are there any exemptions for the PEI VAX Pass Program?

There are no vaccines currently approved in Canada for children under the age of 12 years old. Children 11 years of age and younger are exempt from the VAX Pass policy as they are not yet eligible to be vaccinated. Children who are soon turning 12 years old have a three-month grace period to get fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination (e.g. a child whose 12th birthday is September 1, 2021, will have until December 1, 2021 to get fully vaccinated).
